About Tom

From an early age, I have always been an active person participating in as many sports as possible, however golf and football took most of my time up. My 7 years of experience in health and fitness really began to develop back in 2008 when I started studying French and Business at the University of Liverpool. From this point onward, I had a desire to learn as much as possible about exercise and nutrition as I firmly believe it has a positive effect on all areas of life.

‘Training’ and ‘exercise’ don’t need to be a boring, tiresome activities, rather they should be fun, varied and enjoyable. When I train clients, I like them to understand the reasons for why they’re training in a certain way. The more you understand how your body works and the adaptations exercise can bring, the more likely you are to stick with a program and reach your goals.
